Keys are stored at the office, labelled with a code rather than your address, and every movement is logged.
Can you let in someone I have arranged myself?
Yes. Tell us who is coming and when, and we will meet them and lock up afterwards.

We go to the house, make it safe, and call you with what we found and what it will take to fix.
