We are a small office doing quite a lot of different things, which suits people who would rather be useful than specialised.
What it is like
A small team, real responsibility
Nobody here does only one job. An ordinary week might mean a viewing in the morning, a builder on site at midday and a nervous buyer on the phone in the evening. If you want a narrow role, this is not it.
What we ask for is languages, a driving licence and the kind of person who calls a client back when the news is bad. What we offer is a team small enough that your work is visible, in a place people save up to visit.

Do you have vacancies right now?
We do not publish a vacancy list. We would rather hear from good people when they are available and talk about where they might fit.
Which languages do you need?
Spanish or Catalan plus at least one of English, Dutch, French or German. Most of our clients live in another country.
Do I need estate agency experience?
It helps, but it is not the only route in. Trades, property management and hospitality all bring the right instincts.
