What inspired you to create Quality Estates?
I was inspired by the adventure of starting a new life in another country and exploring a different lifestyle and business environment. Above all, helping clients achieve their dreams and creating better lives for them has been the driving force behind Quality Estates.
Can you share a memorable experience or moment from your time at Quality Estates?
Opening the office was a key moment for us, as well as overseeing exciting new construction projects. Most memorable of all is the trust our clients place in us, knowing they can always count on us.
How would you describe the work culture and atmosphere at Quality Estates?
It’s the best atmosphere you can imagine. We truly feel like a family or close group of friends working together.
What unique skills or qualities do you bring to your role at the company?
Extensive knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to always being available for our clients 24/7.
What's the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing the beautiful homes and projects we create for our clients is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing we’ve helped make their dreams come true is priceless.

What kind of professional growth or development have you experienced at Quality Estates?
We’ve grown tremendously. We’ve taken on some of the most incredible projects, not just for our clients but for ourselves as well. These experiences have shaped my professional journey.
Can you share a success story or an example of a particularly satisfied client you've worked with?
There are so many satisfied clients over the years. One standout aspect is when clients trust us completely to finish projects independently. That level of trust is incredibly rewarding.
How does Quality Estates adapt to changes and innovations in the real estate industry?
Our team stays well-informed and updated with the latest industry trends, multimedia tools, Real Estate software, and systems. This allows us to remain at the forefront of innovation.
Where are you from originally?
Amsterdam, Netherlands.
What was your first ever job?
Delivering newsletters six days a week before school when I was 15.
What was your favourite subject in school?
Bricolage! I loved working with my hands, especially with tiles and bricklaying.
What languages do you speak?
Dutch, English, Spanish, some Catalan, and a bit of German.
How long have you been living on the Costa Brava?
By 2025, it will be 22 years.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy going out, spending time at our apartment in Ibiza, walking with my dog, and visiting nice restaurants with loved ones.
Are there any exciting future projects or plans that Quality Estates is currently working on?
Yes, the Puig Rosell project is underway (despite some delays), and we’re also preparing to present a new way of working. Stay tuned!
What do you enjoy most about living and working on the Costa Brava?
The constant sunshine and the beauty of the area make it a joy to live and work here. Every day brings a new opportunity to do something different.
Can you share a fun or interesting fact about yourself that not many people know?
I’ve always dreamed of creating this company and achieving its success. Living that dream is truly amazing.
